Happy new year everyone. It has been a while since we added someone to our collective here at robsoncrim.com


We are delighted that Colton Fehr has joined the collective which means Colton will serve on our nationwide editorial board for our peer reviewed Manitoba Law Journal as well as having a voice in research programs and content on this website. Please welcome Colton!!


Colton is an Assistant Professor at Simon Fraser University, Department of Criminology. He received his BA and JD from the University of Saskatchewan, LLM from the University of Toronto, and PhD in law from the University of Alberta. While completing his doctoral work, Colton was a SSHRC Joseph-Armand Bombardier CGS scholar and taught at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law and Department of Sociology. Colton's work focuses on substantive criminal law theory, criminal procedure, evidence, and constitutional law. His scholarship has appeared in a variety of journals, including the Journal of International Criminal Justice, McGill Law Journal, Queen’s Law Journal, University of British Columbia Law Review, Dalhousie Law Journal, and Alberta Law Review.
